Wendy Roy, MHA 
Mrs. Roy serves as Program Director for the Cenla Medication Access Program (CMAP). This program's mission is to ensure appropriate medication access and education as well as promotion of other preventive health practices among residents with limited incomes in Central Louisiana. She holds a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University, Mrs. Roy also has a B.S. degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mrs. Roy was the Regional Director for Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana. She was responsible for organizing and overseeing child abuse prevention activity within the region including program delivery, fund-raising, public education, public awareness, and volunteer recruitment, training and management. |

Kevin Brown, PharmD 
Mr. Brown is a pharmacist with the Cenla Medication Access Program (CMAP), and is responsible for conducting thorough medication reviews with “high-risk" eligible patients, overall patient education and compliance, as well as monitoring for possible drug interactions. He also communicates with physicians and pharmacies to keep them informed of their patient's involvement in the program. Mr. Brown holds a BS degree in pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and has ten years experience in retail pharmacy. Prior to joining The Rapides Foundation, his most recent position was as a Pharmacy Manager with Wal-Mart. |

Kayla Laborde 
Mrs. Laborde serves the Foundation as a pharmacy technician with the CMAP program. She has over 10 years of experience working as a pharmacy technician. Before joining CMAP, Mrs. Laborde worked as a technician for Super One pharmacy. |

Lori Belgard 
Mrs. Belgard serves the Foundation as Cancer Screening Specialist. With a BBA in Marketing from the University of Iowa, Mrs. Belgard coordinates the Mobile Mammography Unit where patients can be screened for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer. Most recently she worked as the Program Assistant for The Rapides Foundation beginning in July 2009. |

Kira Guidry 
Ms. Guidry serves the Foundation as the CMAP Healthy Lifestyle Coordinator. She is responsible for promoting the program through physicians and employers to encourage the public to lead healthy lifestyles. She is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian. Ms. Guidry graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Nicholls State University in 2009, and she completed her Dietetic Internship at Tulane University-School of Public Health in 2010. Before joining CMAP, she worked as the Clinical Dietitian for over a year at LSU Huey P. Long Medical Center in Pineville. |

Amy Litton 
Mrs. Litton serves the Foundation as CMAP Healthy Lifestyle Exercise Specialist. She is responsible for leading clients through safe and effective exercises and developing individualized workout plans. Mrs. Litton was trained and certified through Cooper Institute as a Personal Trainer. She is also a certified group fitness instructor through Les Mills International and has taught various classes at Premier Athletic Club for over two years. Before joining CMAP, Mrs. Litton earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and was a public school teacher for over four years. |

Tammy Billings 
Allen Parish
Mrs. Billings is the Patient Assistance Program Supervisor with the Cenla Medication Access Program (CMAP), and is responsible for completing and submitting the applications of eligible participants to be able to receive free medications from the drug manufacturer programs. Mrs. Billings is a pharmacy technician and prior to joining The Rapides Foundation, she worked at a chain retail pharmacy for eight years. |

Under the Cenla Medication Access Program, PAP Specialists work with the physicians in their designated parishes by coordinating applications with the physician and their patients to obtain free medications from various pharmaceutical companies for those who qualify.
